Mingles Moroccan Spice Mix

How would you like to use a beautiful blend of spices and herbs with no preservatives or nasties added to them?

Meet: Mingle Moroccan! It is a great addition to your kitchen.

Here’s a recipe idea below:

Moroccan Chicken Bowl

What you need:

  • Quinoa or rice
  • Chicken breast
  • Ripe avocado
  • Cherry tomatoes chopped in half
  • Small handful of mushrooms diced
  • 4 asparagus spears
  • Spinach
  • Mingle’s Moroccan Sahara seasoning

How to make:

Cook Quinoa according to packet instructions.

Heat a pan over medium heat and drizzle coconut oil into the pan. Season chicken with the Mingle Moroccan seasoning and rub it in to the chicken. Cook for 5-6 minutes, then flip over and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes. When the middle is no longer pink, take off the heat and let it rest.

Next, pan fry asparagus with the Mingles Moroccan seasoning over medium to high heat with 1 tbsp of oil for 5 mins or until it has softened slightly.

Add tomatoes and mushroom to the pan and sauté for another 5 minutes. Then add the spinach and cook until the spinach has begins to wilt.

To build your Moroccan chicken bowl, pour the quinoa into a bowl, add the sautéed veggies and chicken into the bowl. Serve with avocado on the side.
