Shipping policy

Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 Australia-wide. Orders over $120 ship free.

Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days. We post orders the same day where we can, otherwise the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Orders over 5kg incur an extra shipping fee, shown at checkout. This applies even when your order is over $120 in value.

A small number of heavy or bulky products can't be shipped and are available as Click & Collect only from our Bordertown store. These are marked on the product page.
