How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days. We post orders the same day most of the time, and if not, the very next business day. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once yours is on its way.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $120. Anything under $120 is a flat rate of $9.95.
Do you ship everywhere in Australia?
Yes, we ship Australia-wide, but orders over 5kg do incur an extra shipping fee. We do have some unshippable products, which are mostly heavy products due to astronomical freight costs.
Can I return something?
Yes. Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If we made the mistake (wrong or faulty item), we'll cover the return postage too. Just contact us with your order number and we'll walk you through it.
How do loyalty points work?
Join free and earn points on every order. Points add up to discounts on future purchases. You can join and check your points on our Loyalty Program page.
I don't know what product I need. Can you help?
That's exactly what we're here for. Ask our health coach and Kerrie will reply personally by email within two business days with genuine suggestions. It's free and there's no obligation. You can also call us on 0456 314 028 or pop in if you're local.
Are your products safe to take with my medication?
Some natural products can interact with medications, so please check with your doctor or pharmacist first. We're always happy to share general information about a product to help with that conversation.
Do you have a physical shop?
Yes! You'll find us at 119 Scott St, Bordertown SA, open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Come say hi.
