Carwari Organic Miso Paste Red 500g

Organic Miso Paste (Red) has a rich flavour and taste. It is made by traditional and natural fermentation methods which produce unpasteurised fresh live miso. Live miso contains active enzymes that aid digestion, as well as helping to tenderise meat or fish. It also brings out a nice "Umami" flavour. Red miso paste has a longer fermentation process than white miso paste.

The colour of miso may become darker but it does not affect the quality of the product. White spots may appear on the surface but it is a sign of healthiness in authentic miso.

The product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It contains No additives, No GMO and is gluten-free.
