How to use

Eat half a pack of CLIF BLOKS (about 20–24g of carbs) 15 minutes before exercise to boost energy levels. During exercise, have around 1-2 packets per hour if using CLIF BLOKS as your preferred carbohydrate source. Always drink a mouthful of water after eating them.
