How to use

Adults only. For inhalation and topical use only.
 
Inhalation Use:
Add 8 - 12 drops in a vaporiser and inhale deeply.
Add 8 - 12 drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale deeply.
Apply 1 -2 drops onto a tissue, hold near nose and inhale.
Use up to 3 times per day.
