Gaga's Kimchi undergoes natural fermentation, which results in the development of beneficial probiotics. Over time, it becomes tangier and sourer, which is a natural part of the fermentation process.
Fresh ginger and dried red peppers give our Vegan Kimchi a spicy umami flavour only achievable through natural, slow fermentation.

How to use
1. Serve as a condiment with meals or enjoy on its own.
2. Add to any salad to give crunch and tang.
