How to use
Adults and children 15 years and over: Take 1 capsule daily with meals, or as directed by your health professional.
Cautions & Interactions
Not to be used in children under two years of age without medical advice. Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your firs trimester. Mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
