How to use

Rinse thoroughly before cooking. Use 1 part buckwheat to 2 parts water or broth. Bring to the boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for approximately 30 minutes. Serve whole in place of rice or as a porridge, or grind into flour for crackers, bread and noodles. Store in a cool, dry place.
