Honest To Goodness Wheat Free Oats are oats that have been grown and processed in a dedicated mill to ensure the entire production chain remains free of contamination from gluten found in wheat, rye and barley. They have been batch tested for the gluten found in wheat, rye and barley and this was not detected within the limits of the test (<5ppm gluten).
