Each 34mL sachet delivers 27g of carbohydrate in a 1:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio, 30mg of natural caffeine and 100mg of sodium. Thin and easy to drink, with no maltodextrin, thickeners or emulsifiers. Gluten free and vegan.

Directions: Use before or during exercise, one sachet every 45–60 minutes for longer sessions. Alternate with Sap Maple on longer sessions.
