Stoney Creek Australian Flaxseed Meal is the seed that remains after the flaxseed has been cold pressed (fat reduced) to remove the oil, before being ground down to a coarse, convenient meal. It is grown here in Australia using regenerative farming practices.

How to use

Slowly introduce into your diet, building up to one tablespoon a day, and always follow with plenty of water or other fluids.

Sprinkle over porridge or cereal, stir through drinking yoghurt or fruit salad, blend into smoothies, or add to bread, muffins and health bars. Can also be used to thicken soups and casseroles.
