Golden Flaxseed Meal is produced from premium golden flaxseed, cold pressed (fat reduced) to remove the oil and then ground into a coarse, convenient meal. An oil content of up to 10% remains.

It has a smooth, distinctive nutty flavour and is a natural source of plant protein. Extremely high in dietary fibre (over 45%) and protein (up to 35%), it is also a rich source of lignans and provides both soluble and insoluble fibre.

How to use

Slowly introduce into your diet, building up to one tablespoon a day, and always follow with plenty of water or other fluids.

Delicious sprinkled over porridge, cereal or yoghurt, blended into smoothies, or added to bread, muffins and health bars. Can also be used to thicken soups and casseroles.
